At Superga, we want you to love your new sneakers, but if they aren't quite right, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to ensure a seamless process so you can find your perfect fit without any hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Sneakers

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Superga box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer or carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
